Return Process

  Log into your Skylabs account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Lab

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location for expedited processing.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
